Bike by the Sea is a blog on Santa Barbara Bicycle Style.

It is inspired by the original Copenhagen Cycle Chic. Cycle Chic is the culture of cycling in fashionable clothes. It is associated with utility cycling in bicycle-friendly cities. See the Cycle Chic Manifesto and Slow Bicycle Manifesto for guiding principles.

I started Bike by the Sea to share my passion for sustainable urban design and livable cities. I love exploring cities on bike, public health, public art, slow fashion, and inspiring others to cycle.
